Prefab pools in Zakynthos
On Zakynthos, tourism has made a pool essential for rental rooms and villas, from Laganas and Vasilikos to the western villages with sunset views.
What we watch for on Zakynthos
- Lots of swimmers: at rental rooms the load on the filter is high. We choose a filter and pump with spare capacity, and an overflow design for large pools.
- Marine Park: the National Marine Park lies near the Bay of Laganas. In protected zones, the engineer checks the rules before construction.
- Ferry from Kyllini: materials travel by road to Kyllini and cross on the ferry.
The prefab pool we build
2 mm galvanized steel panels, 1.10 or 1.50 m high, hot-dip galvanized support buttresses and a PVC liner with a 10-year written warranty. Available as a skimmer or overflow pool, and up to 50 m² with a small-scale works approval instead of a building permit. See the sizes.
