Prefab pools on Paros
On Paros, from Naoussa and Parikia to Golden Beach and Antiparos, many new homes are being built with a pool, and quite a few are rented out in summer.
Paros has ferry connections from Piraeus and Rafina all year round, so getting materials there is simpler than on smaller islands.
What we watch for on Paros
- Parian marble: on an overflow pool, the channel grating can be marble, matching the floors of the house.
- Work out of season: so guests are not disturbed, work is scheduled between autumn and spring.
- Antiparos: the ferry from Pounta takes just a few minutes, and we take on projects there too.
The prefab pool we build
2 mm galvanized steel panels, 1.10 or 1.50 m high, hot-dip galvanized support buttresses and a PVC liner with a 10-year written warranty. Available as a skimmer or overflow pool, and up to 50 m² with a small-scale works approval instead of a building permit. See the sizes.
