Prefab pools in Halkidiki
In Halkidiki, in Kassandra, Sithonia, Ouranoupoli and Ierissos, a pool has become almost a given for villas and holiday rentals.
Most houses operate from May to October, so construction has to be finished before the season opens.
What we watch for in Halkidiki
- Working around the season: the work is done between autumn and spring, while the rentals are closed.
- Sandy soil: near the beaches we check soil compaction before laying the base for the panels.
- Rentals with many guests: we recommend an overflow pool, which keeps the water surface clean when many people are swimming.
