Prefab pools in Koropi
In Koropi and the Mesogeia, plots are often large, with vineyards, olive trees and event estates. On properties like these, the pool is designed together with the garden and the guest areas.
In 2024 we built the pool at the Kleopatra Estate in Koropi.
What we watch for in Koropi
- Size and permits: estates often want a pool over 50 m². That needs a building permit rather than a small-scale works approval, and we build it into the schedule.
- Business use: a pool at an event estate or a guest accommodation does not add deemed living expenses for the owner. See pool legislation.
- Dust from the fields: in August, the soil of the farmland raises dust. A correctly sized filter and a cover keep the water clear.

The prefab pool we build
2 mm galvanized steel panels, 1.10 or 1.50 m high, hot-dip galvanized support buttresses and a PVC liner with a 10-year written warranty. Available as a skimmer or overflow pool, and up to 50 m² with a small-scale works approval instead of a building permit. See the sizes.

Yes. For pools over 50 m² we recommend an overflow, and we work with the engineer who obtains the building permit.
