Prefab pools in Agia Paraskevi, Cholargos and Chalandri
In the north-eastern suburbs, pools usually fit into the yards of detached houses or the shared spaces of small apartment buildings.
In Agia Paraskevi we built a prefab pool with glass panels in 2019, and in Cholargos a small yard pool in 2018.
What we watch for in Agia Paraskevi, Cholargos and Chalandri
- A shared pool: in an apartment building you need the agreement of the co-owners, and each owner declares the pool on their E9 return according to their share.
- Narrow passages: when the only way into the yard is a narrow corridor, the panels go through one at a time, which is impossible with one-piece pools.
- A compact plant room: in a small space it saves you building a separate 3 × 2 × 2 m room.
